Shipping

We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock items typically ship the same or next business day
  • Out-of-stock or special-order items are ordered directly from our vendors
  • We provide estimated shipping timelines and stay in close contact with our vendors

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.

Return Policy

RMA Required:
To initiate a return, call (720) 432-0269 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Returns without an RMA will NOT be accepted
  • Include a copy of the original receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • No COD or freight collect returns

Conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be properly packaged
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply

Third-party or drop-ship items may be subject to vendor-specific return policies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order or custom parts
  • Painted parts
  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical parts that have been opened or installed

Electrical and installed parts may only qualify for manufacturer warranty exchange.

Installation & Fitment

Speed Mafia Performance is not responsible for:

  • Installation errors
  • Improper installation damage
  • Incorrect part selection
  • Labor costs, towing, or rental vehicles

It is the installer’s responsibility to verify proper fitment before installation.

Vehicle Warranty Notice

If your vehicle is under manufacturer warranty, it is your responsibility to confirm that aftermarket parts will not affect coverage.

We do not accept returns based on warranty concerns with your vehicle manufacturer.

Warranty Information

  • Most products carry a manufacturer warranty (typically 90 days unless stated otherwise)
  • Performance/racing parts are covered for defects only
  • Wear, misuse, or improper installation are not covered

Some warranty items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report within 7 days
  • Call (720) 432-0269
  • Provide invoice and part number

Claims are handled through the shipping carrier. Processing typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Refunds

  • Processed within 10 business days after return is received
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • If unavailable, a check will be mailed

Please allow 4–7 business days for your bank to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 17 days, please call (720) 432-0269.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply.
